The American Advisor interviews Laurence Kotlikoff, a William Warren Fairfield Professor and Professor of Economics at Boston University. Professor Kotlikoff discusses our current financial climate in the U.S. and abroad. He is also a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research and President of Economic Security Planning, Inc., a company that markets ESPlanner - an economics-based personal financial planning software program. In addition, Mr. Kotlikoff has served as a consultant to the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the Harvard Institute for International Development, and many other financial institutions and government agencies worldwide. Professor Kotlikoff, a supporter of the FairTax proposal, has written many books on the economic future for the United States, including most recently, The Coming Generational Storm.
